These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Trailhead Standard, LLC, doing business as MyClearBudget ("MyClearBudget," "we," "us"), a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, Texas. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

What We Sell

MyClearBudget sells digital spreadsheet products — budgeting, debt payoff, income tracking, and real estate analysis tools — delivered as downloadable Excel (.xlsx) files and Google Sheets-compatible files. Every product is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals associated with any product on this site.

How Checkout Works

All purchases are processed through Payhip, a third-party e-commerce platform that handles payment processing and file delivery on our behalf. When you complete a purchase, you are entering into a transaction for a real product at the listed price — you are not joining a waitlist, entering early access, or providing information "without purchasing anything." Immediately after payment, Payhip will email you download links for your product.

License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a MyClearBudget product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the spreadsheet for your own personal or household financial tracking (or, for real estate tools, your own investment analysis).
• Modify your copy of the file freely to suit your needs.
• Keep the file indefinitely — there is no expiration or ongoing fee.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage MyClearBudget products, in original or modified form, as your own product or template for sale or free distribution.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. That said, if a product is defective, doesn't match its description, or you experience a genuine delivery issue, email support@myclearbudget.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — typically a fix, a replacement file, or a refund at our discretion.

Product Support

If a formula isn't working as expected or you have a question about how to use a tool, email support@myclearbudget.com. We provide reasonable support to help you use the spreadsheet as intended, though we cannot provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

No Financial Advice

MyClearBudget products are educational and organizational tools. Nothing on this site or within any product constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using these tools, and we recommend consulting a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

Intellectual Property

All spreadsheet designs, formulas, branding, and site content are the property of Trailhead Standard, LLC. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailhead Standard, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website, including financial decisions made using our spreadsheets.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
